Throughout the year, we provide financial contributions and volunteer resources to important community initiatives that share our values. Building Hope & Investing in Our Future
Giving back to our community has always been part of who we are. For many years, we’ve proudly supported the Regional Food Distribution Association, recognizing the vital role they play in supporting individuals and families across our region. We were honoured to continue that support through their Building Hope project, an important step forward that will expand their reach and impact in our community.
We’re also proud to support Our Kids Count through the Building Blocks Campaign, helping invest in programs that strengthen families and support children where it matters most. These initiatives reflect why we give back: to empower meaningful projects, uplift our community, and help build a stronger, more caring future for everyone.
Coworking Corner
The Co-Working Corner is a safe, welcoming space designed to bring people together, a place where connections are made, ideas take shape, and local relationships continue to grow. We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Goods & Co. Market to help create a shared community area that supports creativity, collaboration, and local success. By investing in spaces like this, we’re proud to help foster an environment where individuals, entrepreneurs, and community members feel supported as they work toward their goals.
Belluz Farm Hall Dinner
There’s nothing better than a homecooked meal, especially when it’s made from locally farmed and harvested ingredients. We collaborated with Goods & Co. Market in support of Belluz Farms to present the Farm Hall Dinner. The menu was comprised entirely of seasonal and local ingredients. Every bite was a celebration of fresh, local flavors.

Music has a powerful way of bringing people together, and that’s exactly what we love about the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra’s Pop Series. We’re proud to support the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra Pop Series, helping create unforgettable nights that welcome new audiences, spark connection, and showcase the incredible talent right here at home.

Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra Candlelight Series
2024 was a nostalgic year as we celebrated our 40th anniversary. So, you can imagine how touched we were to hear the distinguished local musicians of the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra feature our iconic jingle as part of their incredible Candlelight performance, sponsored by Jones Insurance.
The classical rendition of “We’re with You” was transformed from a beautiful piano piece into a full orchestral experience. Witnessing it live was truly unforgettable.

Good Harvest Farmers Market
There’s nothing quite like a day spent supporting local, and the Good Harvest Farmers Market brings it all together. We were proud to generously support the Good Harvest Farmers Market, a vibrant, free outdoor event that transforms Red River Road into a hub of local farmers, artisans, food producers, and family-friendly fun. From fresh harvests and fall flavours to kids’ activities and community connection, events like this celebrate the people who grow, create, and sustain our region, and we’re honoured to stand behind them.
Wake the Giant Music Festival
Few events capture the spirit and energy of our community quite like Wake the Giant. We’re proud to support Wake the Giant Music Festival, a landmark summer event that brings thousands together to celebrate live music, creativity, and northern pride. By showcasing incredible talent and creating unforgettable shared experiences, Wake the Giant continues to put Thunder Bay on the map, and we’re honoured to stand behind an event that unites our community through music.
Pride Parade
This annual celebration of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community is one we’re proud to support year after year. Events like this create space for connection, visibility, and belonging, helping people feel seen, supported, and welcomed for who they are. By promoting diversity, acceptance, and understanding, this celebration strengthens our community as a whole, and we’re honoured to stand alongside those working to make our region more inclusive for everyone.
Westfort Street Fair
The Westfort Street Fair is a true celebration of neighbourhood spirit, bringing families, local businesses, and community groups together for a day of fun and connection. We were proud to support the Westfort Street Fair, an event that showcases local vendors, live entertainment, and activities for all ages while highlighting everything that makes the Westfort community so special. Supporting events like this helps strengthen local connections and keeps our neighbourhoods vibrant, something we’re always happy to be part of.
TEE OFF Golf Season Launch Party
Kicking off golf season the Thunder Bay way, TEE OFF brings together sport, local business, and great community energy under one roof. We were proud to support TEE OFF Golf Season Launch Party, an interactive event that turned a night out into a celebration of the game, complete with hands-on challenges, live music, local food and drinks, and incredible prizes.
One of the night’s highlights gave attendees the chance to test their skills in our digital golf game by taking on local golf pro Evan DeGrazia, who also happens to be our Commercial Lines Insurance Manager at Jones Insurance.
ThunderCon
ThunderCon is a celebration of creativity, fandom, and community, bringing together comic, gaming, sci-fi, anime, and pop-culture fans of all ages.
We were proud to support ThunderCon, an event that transforms downtown Thunder Bay into a welcoming space for imagination, self-expression, and connection.
