From accurately transacting the most complex of insurance requests to handling all your billing needs with the utmost care, Charlotte, is an integral part of the Personal Lines and reception team. She graduated from the Office Administration program at Confederation College and is eager to continue learning academically and on the job. An active member of the Social and Wellness Committees Charlotte is dedicated to making our workplace the best it can be and never shows up without a smile.
