How We Earn Your Trust and Compensation
Our income is earned through commissions already included in your insurance premium, ensuring you are never charged additionally above the cost of coverage. This approach is standard practice across all brokerages. Commission rates vary depending on the type of policy and the insurer’s guidelines, with auto insurance typically at the lower end and property insurance at the higher end. Below is a breakdown of compensation rates from the insurers we
Insurer | Commission Rate | Insurer | Commission Rate |
Allianz | 0-30% | Gore* | 12.5-20% |
Aviva* | 12.5-20% | GMS | 0-30% |
CAA Insurance* | 12.5-25% | Hagerty | 12.5% |
CAA My Pace | $100 per policy | Intact* | 7.5-20% |

Additionally, we may charge fees for non-standard insurance accounts that require specialized consideration and additional administrative resources. These fees will always be disclosed to you in advance and are based on the complexity and service requirements of the account. We will notify you promptly if there are any material changes to our compensation arrangements, including increases in commission schedules from insurers. Your Insurer will also be providing you with a Consumer Code of Rights and Responsibilities with your policy.
Contingent (Profit) Commission
Insurers marked with an asterisk (*) may reward our brokerage through contingent (profit) commission contracts. These payments depend on factors such as growth, profitability, volume, retention, or additional services but are not guaranteed. Occasionally, insurers may offer performance-based incentives, such as trips, contests, or invitations to company specific events or conventions.
