Jones Insurance is pleased to offer clients the option of using self-service tools. If you want access to your insurance and billing information more independently, the Jones Portal is the place to start.
We invite you to use our self-service tools to manage or update your policy anytime, anywhere, from your desktop, tablet, or mobile phone.
Self-service gets you the information you need, when you need it, so you can spend less time on insurance, and more time on what matters most.
Jones Client Portal
The Jones Client Portal is a self-service tool you can use from your desktop or smart device. It is designed to give you access to your personal insurance information 24/7, 365 days per year. You can now digitally and securely:
- view electronic pink slips (ePink slips)
- request policy changes
- file insurance claims
- make a payment
- and much more!

Make a Payment
After logging into the Jones Client Portal using the email address and password associated with your account:
- Credit Card through Carrier Portal*
- Go to “Payments”.
- Click on the Policy you are attempting to make a payment with.
- Click the “Make Payment” button found on the right-hand side of your screen.
- You will then be redirected to your Insurance Carrier’s Portal.
- Follow your Insurance Carrier’s steps to complete your payment.
*If your Billing Statement provides an option to pay your Insurance Carrier directly, you can do so through our Portal.
- e-Transfer through the Jones Client Portal
- Traditional (at till) procedures – mailbox drop-off, mail cheque
Payments can be dropped off during regular business hours in the form of a cheque to our secure drop box at 521 Memorial Avenue in Thunder Bay. Simply call us at 807-343-9444 to notify us and we will retrieve your payment, process it, and provide you with confirmation.

Access policy documents and billing notices online through the Jones Client Portal for added convenience and flexibility when it comes to managing your policy.
If you want to opt-out of paper documents, email paperless@jonesins.com with your Client Code to request digital delivery.
