In-person
- We accept Cash, Cheques, and Debit payments in person at our office.
- Cheques must be paid to the order of: Jones & Associates Insurance
- Ensure you note your policy number in the memo.
Over the Phone – Credit Card – Direct Bill
- Your broker support team can be reached at (807)-343-9444 and are happy to take credit card payments over the phone.
E-transfer - Email Transfer
- We accept e-transfers and are set up for automatic deposits. However, if your bank requires a security question and answer, please have your broker provide you with both.
- E-transfers are to be sent to accounts@jonesins.com.
- Your policy number must be noted in the comments section of the transfer.

Can’t find your insurance company? Give us a call, and one of our brokers will gladly assist you.
If your company is not listed, that likely means you are an in-house account and invoiced through Jones Insurance directly.
In-house Accounts
- We now accept credit card payments direct to Jones Insurance
- We also offer direct 3-pay financing through credit cards.
Contact your commercial broker to discuss your options.
All credit card payments for in-house accounts are subject to a 3% financing fee.
Pending Cancellations or Late Payments
If you’re paying in response to a cancellation notice or reinstatement, please contact your insurance broker to confirm how it will affect your policy as soon as possible.
Remember, making a payment does not automatically guarantee coverage.
