She brings perspective from her time in the technology, social services, and finance sectors to help evolve operations. Specific to insurance, Megan has worked in several roles throughout the company to understand the Jones customer journey and employee experience. She is passionate about ensuring the brokerage’s work is meaningful and that staff enjoy coming to work.
